Account Coordinator--Smart Selling Division

As one of the fastest growing online marketing companies in the area, Blue Corona is looking for an Account Coordinator to support its rising Smart Selling division. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the account managers, joining client meetings, reporting, quality assurance, and other day-to-day operational tasks, such as customer service evaluation and coaching. You do not need any previous experience with customer service evaluations and training to apply for this position. 

The right candidate needs the ability to learn a new business quickly, maintain a positive attitude, and work in a growing team environment. There is no room here for someone who wants to wait until everything is perfect before they get started—we’re looking for someone to jump right in. Being able to adjust to working in an environment that goes through iterations should be expected.

You will be trained on everything related to Smart Selling at Blue Corona, gaining valuable customer service and analytical skills. Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of front-line customer service to Smart Selling by Blue Corona clients
  • Provide professional, prompt and courteous client support by listening to clients and continuously working to exceed their expectations
  • Answer client calls and emails to ensure our clients receive white-glove treatment
  • Analyze customer service opportunities while listening to phone calls
  • Complete projects in a timely manner as assigned by manager
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate client profile
  • Help with detailed client call tracking reports, including some call tagging and quality assurance
  • Handle a small number of inbound calls and be available to complete basic sales intake

Requirements 

  • 4-year college degree preferred
